Occupational Liability Insurance
   This insurance pays for any lawsuits brought against a teacher while that teacher is performing his/her normal duties. The insurance will pay for all legal costs and any judgment in successful suits brought against a teacher by a pupil or the pupil's representative up to $1,000,000.
The two areas covered by this insurance are Bodily Injury (including corporal punishment) and Personal Injury (malpractice).
